Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times
- Azerbaijan: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–20 business days (fulfilled via CJ Dropshipping)

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size. Free shipping promotions may apply during special campaigns.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or courier issues. If your package is lost, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
